本实验旨在探究PRDM14与CBFA2T2对小鼠胚胎干细胞（mouse embryonic stem cells, mESC）转录组的调控机制。本研究共设置3组细胞系，每组均设置3次生物学重复，分别为野生型组（3次重复）、PRDM14基因敲除（PRDM14-KO）组（3次重复）以及CBFA2T2基因敲除组（3次重复）。
