Reference Land Cover in Niassa-Selous 2017-2019 (vector) - version 1, June 2020

This metadata refers to the Land Cover vector data generated over Niassa-Selous (Africa) for 2017 in the framework of the Copernicus Global Land Hot Spot Mapping (C-GL-HSM) contract under the coordination of JRC.
This area of interest is either mapped with the generic 8 classes dichotomus legend (EAF_04_lc_a) or the detailed modular legend (EAF_04_lc_b).

The mapped area of interest (AOI) represents a Key Landscape for Conservation area (KLC). The KLC has a total size of almost 14,000,000 million ha (140,000 km²) and is covering a vast area in southern Tanzania all the way to northern Mozambique.

本元数据对应于2017年在欧盟联合研究中心（Joint Research Centre, JRC）协调的哥白尼全球土地热点制图（Copernicus Global Land Hot Spot Mapping, C-GL-HSM）合同框架下，于非洲尼亚萨-塞卢斯区域生成的土地覆盖矢量数据。
该感兴趣区域采用通用8类二分式分类图例（EAF_04_lc_a）或详细模块化分类图例（EAF_04_lc_b）完成制图。
该制图感兴趣区域（Area of Interest, AOI）属于保护关键景观区（Key Landscape for Conservation, KLC）。该保护关键景观区总面积近1400万公顷（合140000平方千米），覆盖坦桑尼亚南部至莫桑比克北部的广袤区域。
