Prognostic factors influencing survival in patients with advanced HER-2 positive breast cancer

A retrospective analysis was conducted using the medical records of 90 patients with advanced breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2023. Patients were divided into death group (n=66) and survival group (n=24). Logistic regression analysis was employed to examine the risk factors associated with survival in patients with advanced breast cancer. Cox regression analysis was utilized to identify independent prognostic factors affecting the 5-year survival of patients.

本研究回顾性分析了2018年1月至2023年3月我院收治的90例晚期乳腺癌患者的临床病历资料。将患者分为死亡组（n=66）与存活组（n=24）。采用Logistic回归分析探究晚期乳腺癌患者生存相关的危险因素，并运用Cox回归分析明确影响患者5年生存的独立预后因素。
