Input data for the Snakemake pipeline in the GitHub repository that accompanies the Cell Painting for the paper "Cell Painting for cytotoxicity and mode-of-action analysis in primary human hepatocytes" (biorxiv here). Data includes well aggregated profiles for three cell representations (CellProfiler, CP-CNN, and DINOv2), metadata including compounds and concentrations, and an index pointing to image URLs in the Cell Painting Gallery searchable by the compound metadata.
