以DNAzol (R)试剂提取人乳头瘤病毒（Human Papillomavirus, HPV）感染与未感染患者外周血单个核细胞的基因组DNA；采用特异性引物通过常规PCR扩增TAP1基因的启动子区域并进行测序，以检测rs1135216多态性；通过ABI3500基因分析仪平台生成测序色谱图。
