TAP1 - Chromatograms

<br> The DNA of mononuclear cells from the peripheral blood of patients, infected or not by HPV, were extracted by DNAzol (R), the promoter region of the TAP1 gene was amplified with specific primers by conventional PCR and sequenced to detect the rs1135216 polymorphism, generating chromatograms through of the ABI3500 Genetic analyzer platform以DNAzol (R)试剂提取人乳头瘤病毒（Human Papillomavirus, HPV）感染与未感染患者外周血单个核细胞的基因组DNA；采用特异性引物通过常规PCR扩增TAP1基因的启动子区域并进行测序，以检测rs1135216多态性；通过ABI3500基因分析仪平台生成测序色谱图。
