Chloroplast haplotype and nuclear genotype data sets for Pilbara populations of Acacia hilliana and Acacia spondylophylla

This data set contains concatenated sequencing data for chloroplast regions ndhA, psbA-trnH, rpl32-trnL and trnV-ndhC of Acacia hilliana individuals from the Pilbara; concatenated sequencing data for chloroplast regions PetD, rpl32-trnL and trnV-ndhC for Acacia spondylophylla individuals from the Pilbara; nuclear genotype data for 16 microsatellite loci for individuals of Acacia hilliana from the Pilbara and nuclear genotype data obtained for 16 microsatellite loci for individuals of Acacia spondylophylla from the Pilbara.
