Replication Data for: Breast milk macronutrients and offspring growth and neurodevelopment in a lactation cohort in rural Bangladesh

In this prospective observational lactation cohort, which enrolled 99 participants in rural Sylhet, Bangladesh, we collected hand-expressed mid-feed human milk samples and analyzed macronutrient concentrations using mid-infrared spectroscopy. Daily infant breast milk intake was estimated using 24-hour breastfeeding diaries and pre- and post-feeding weights. We measured infant weight, length, and head circumference at birth, 3, 6, and 12 months, and neurodevelopment at 24 months using the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development-III.

本项前瞻性观察泌乳队列研究在孟加拉国锡尔赫特农村地区招募99名受试者，采集哺乳中期手挤母乳样本并采用中红外光谱法分析其宏营养素浓度。研究通过24小时母乳喂养日记及哺乳前后体重测量值，估算婴儿每日母乳摄入量；分别于婴儿出生时、3月龄、6月龄与12月龄时测量其体重、身长及头围，并在24月龄时采用贝利婴幼儿发育量表第三版（Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development-III）评估其神经发育水平。
