This is the experimental data of the manuscript titled “A New Energy-efficient Blocking Hybrid Flowshop Scheduling Problem with Machine Eligibility Constraints in Remanufacturing Using Enhanced Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-Ⅱ”. All data are generated through computer simulation and saved in the file with csv format. The data are the simulation of the real-world case. There are seventeen instances for these experiments with various scales. The information of the datasets is shown in the csv document, including the number of EOL products, the number of operations and parallel stations, the time consumption- and energy consumption- related variables, the capacity of the limited buffers and the machine eligibility related data.
本数据集对应题为《再制造领域带机器资格约束的节能型阻塞混合流水车间调度新问题:基于改进型非支配排序遗传算法Ⅱ(Enhanced Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-Ⅱ)》的学术手稿的实验数据。所有数据均通过计算机仿真生成,并以逗号分隔值(CSV,Comma-Separated Values)格式存储。该数据集基于真实工业案例进行仿真构建,本次实验共包含17组不同规模的仿真案例。数据集中的各项信息均收录于该CSV文件中,具体包括报废产品(End-of-Life Products,EOL)数量、工序与并行工作站数量、耗时与能耗相关变量、有限缓冲区容量以及机器资格约束相关数据。
