中国土壤有机碳含量在全球碳循环和大气二氧化碳浓度变化中起着非常重要的作用,其空间分布特征对土壤有机碳储量估算以及农业生产管理具有重要意义。土壤的形成、发生发育和侵蚀等过程受到周边复杂多变的环境因素的影响,因此土壤有机碳具有较强的空间变异性和依赖性。本数据集是基于全国第二次土壤普查的土壤典型剖面数据,将气候、植被和地形因子作为辅助变量,采用地理加权回归、地理加权回归克里格、多元线性回归和回归克里格等土壤景观模型绘制的中国500米分辨率表层(A层)土壤有机碳含量数据。
Soil organic carbon (SOC) content in China plays a critical role in the global carbon cycle and changes in atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations. Its spatial distribution characteristics are of great significance for estimating soil organic carbon stocks and managing agricultural production. Soil formation, genesis, development and erosion processes are influenced by complex and variable surrounding environmental factors, thus endowing soil organic carbon with strong spatial variability and spatial dependence. This dataset is developed based on typical soil profile data from the Second National Soil Survey of China. Using climatic, vegetational and topographic factors as auxiliary variables, it generates the 500-meter resolution surface layer (A horizon) soil organic carbon content data across China via soil landscape models including Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR), Geographically Weighted Regression Kriging (GWRK), Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) and Regression Kriging (RK).
