Chemical and non-chemical effects on honey bee viral populations in pupae and adults

A controlled study on the effects of either Queen Caging, Apivar, and a combined Apivar plus Queen Caging on honey bee viral populations in pupae and adults. RNA sequencing was performed both before and after treatment for all treatments and a control group across three replicates.
