Four representative tick species including Dermacentor marginatus (distributed in northwestern and central China), Dermacentor silvarum (distributed in northeastern and central China), Haemaphysalis longicornis (distributed in central and east China) and Ixodes granulatus (distributed in southern China) are selected as they have different regional distribution foci in mainland China. We used the MaxEnt model to identify the key environmental factors of tick occurrence and map the potential distribution of them in the 2050s under four combined climate and socioeconomic scenarios (i.e., SSP1-RCP2.6, SSP2-RCP4.5, SSP3-RCP7.0 and SSP5-RCP8.5).

选取四种具有代表性的蜱种,包括边缘革蜱(Dermacentor marginatus,分布于中国西北及中部)、森林革蜱(Dermacentor silvarum,分布于中国东北及中部)、长角血蜱(Haemaphysalis longicornis,分布于中国中部及东部)和粒形硬蜱(Ixodes granulatus,分布于中国南部),因其在中国大陆具有不同的区域分布中心。我们利用MaxEnt模型识别蜱类发生的关键环境因子,并绘制了2050年代四种气候与社会经济组合情景(即SSP1-RCP2.6、SSP2-RCP4.5、SSP3-RCP7.0及SSP5-RCP8.5)下它们的潜在分布图谱。
