Ophryotrocha diadema Transcriptome assembly

De novo GS-FLX Titanium Sequencing (Roche/454-PyroSequencing) of cDNA to characterize the transcriptome of Ophryotrocha diadema (Annelida: Polychaeta) and to develop genomic resources to support further research in this and other species owing to the genus Ophryotrocha.

本数据集通过对互补脱氧核糖核酸（cDNA）开展从头（de novo）GS-FLX Titanium焦磷酸测序（罗氏/454焦磷酸测序技术），以表征冠额蛰龙介（Ophryotrocha diadema，环节动物门：多毛纲）的转录组，并开发基因组学资源，为该蛰龙介属（Ophryotrocha）的本物种及其他相关物种的后续研究提供支持。
