Plasma miRNA data from early NSCLC and HNSCC patients Overall design: 44 patients with NSCLC and HNSCC with plasma colected in two time points, pre- and post-treatment. 18 patients correspond to NSCLC cases and 26 patients correspond to HNSCC cases.

本数据集为早期非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC）与头颈部鳞状细胞癌（head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, HNSCC）患者的血浆microRNA（miRNA）数据。实验设计：共纳入44例NSCLC及HNSCC患者，所有患者均采集了治疗前、治疗后两个时间点的血浆样本；其中18例为非小细胞肺癌病例，26例为头颈部鳞状细胞癌病例。
