CyTOF dataset of Ishiyama et al., PNAS 2022 "Mass cytometry reveals single-cell kinetics of cytotoxic lymphocyte evolution in CMV-infected renal transplant patients". This dataset includes PBMC CyTOF files by NK-centric panel (singlet cells or live cells after debarcoding) for 11 CMV viremic patients and 9 non-viremic patients. Each patient have 3 to 5 files, which indicate different time points (day 0 of transplantation, at a time point prior to viremia, and then post-viremia at approximately 1-week, 1-month, and long-term (>1 month)). Refer to Figure 1 in the manuscript regarding the time points for each patient.
