抗氧化剂纳米酶-铂铜纳米合金抑制α-synuclein细胞间扩散的数据集

数据集中的数据为抗氧化剂纳米酶-铂铜纳米合金抑制α-synuclein 细胞间扩散现象的数据。包括表征抗氧化剂纳米酶-铂铜纳米合金抑制α-synuclein 细胞间扩散的荧光成像图片和神经元中氧化应激水平的表征数据。其中成像数据按照荧光成像技术，实验数据采集和处理有标准软件完成，α-synuclein 细胞间扩散和氧化应激水平的表征数据由 Prism 8.0 软件对细胞内活性氧实验、细胞内蛋白传播实验、 小鼠颅内蛋白传播等实验数据进行分析。

The dataset contains data regarding the inhibition of intercellular α-synuclein diffusion by antioxidant nanozyme-platinum-copper nanoalloys, including fluorescence imaging images characterizing this inhibitory effect and characterization data of oxidative stress levels in neurons. Imaging data were collected and processed using standard software in accordance with fluorescence imaging techniques. The characterization data of intercellular α-synuclein diffusion and oxidative stress levels were analyzed using Prism 8.0 software based on experimental data from intracellular reactive oxygen species experiments, intracellular protein propagation experiments, and intracranial protein propagation experiments in mice.
