Clinical Rather Than Genetic Factors Drive Prognosis in Early-Onset Colorectal Cancer: A Vietnamese Retrospective Cohort Study

This dataset contains anonymized clinical, pathological, and molecular data of 100 patients with early-onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC) treated at University Medical Center, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, between 2016 and 2020. Variables include demographic characteristics, tumor features, treatment details, survival outcomes, and results from a targeted 21-gene mutation panel. The dataset was used to evaluate prognostic factors and survival outcomes in EOCRC.

本数据集纳入2016年至2020年间，于越南胡志明市大学医学中心接受治疗的100例早发性结直肠癌（early-onset colorectal cancer, EOCRC）患者的匿名化临床、病理及分子数据。其所涵盖的变量包括人口统计学特征、肿瘤特征、治疗细节、生存结局，以及靶向21基因突变检测面板（targeted 21-gene mutation panel）的检测结果。该数据集被用于评估早发性结直肠癌的预后因素与生存结局。
