LInked Drug-Drug Interactions (LIDDI) is a public dataset developed by the Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research, designed to integrate multiple drug interaction prediction methods and data sources. This dataset comprises 98,085 nanopublications, encompassing drug interaction data extracted from MEDLINE, electronic health records, public databases and other relevant resources. During its development, LIDDI adopts RDF and nanopublication technologies to ensure the traceability and consistency of the contained data. Primarily applied in drug safety research, particularly the prediction and assessment of drug-drug interactions, this dataset enhances the accuracy and reliability of drug interaction prediction by consolidating diverse data sources.
