This strain was obtained from soybean root screening in corn and soybean belt composite planting. Previous studies have found that this strain has certain control effect on soybean root rot. Therefore, it is hoped that special metabolites with control effect on soybean root rot can be screened by whole genome sequencing

该菌株源自玉米-大豆带状复合种植模式下的大豆根系筛选。已有研究表明，该菌株对大豆根腐病（soybean root rot）具有一定防治效果。因此，本研究拟通过全基因组测序（whole genome sequencing）技术，筛选获得对大豆根腐病具有防治活性的特异性代谢产物。
