河南省服装工厂工艺感知数据集

本数据集针对鞋服类产品制造呈批量小、品类多、个性化定制等特点，为保证鞋服生产高效率、高成品率、低能耗和实现绿色生产。完成管控系统在河南杰瑞织造科技有限公司纺织服装电脑横机车间、验片车间、套口车间、蒸烫车间等的应用，接入20 种工艺数据感知，完成河南杰瑞织造科技有限公司纺织服装智能工厂建设。

This dataset is tailored for footwear and apparel manufacturing, which features small batch sizes, diverse product categories, and personalized customization. It aims to ensure high production efficiency, high product yield, low energy consumption, and enable green production for footwear and apparel production. The supporting control system has been deployed in workshops such as the computer flat knitting machine workshop, fabric inspection workshop, sleeve joining workshop, and steam finishing workshop of Henan Jerui Weaving Technology Co., Ltd. With the integration of 20 types of process data sensing, the smart textile and apparel factory of Henan Jerui Weaving Technology Co., Ltd. has been fully constructed.
