To improve the efficiency and scientificity of the site selection for hydrological rainfall radar, this study proposed a quantitative siting methodology based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Utilizing a dual-phase decision-making framework of "rigidity and elasticity", the methodology calculated the weights of eight key factors influencing radar siting and established a comprehensive evaluation index system. Based on the constructed site selection evaluation system, we conducted a systematic quantitative analysis and optimal site selection, and provided an example for the site selection of the Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Hub rainfall radar for practical verification. The findings reveal that sight conditions, geological stability, electromagnetic environment, and land use suitability constitute the four core disqualifying factors. The AHP quantitative model can avoid site selection bias and provide references for the hydrological rain-measuring radar networks construction.
为提升水文雨量雷达站址选取的效率与科学性,本研究提出了一种基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)的定量选址方法。该方法采用“刚性-弹性”两阶段决策框架,计算了影响雷达选址的8项关键因素的权重,并构建了综合评价指标体系。基于所构建的选址评价体系,本研究开展了系统性定量分析与最优选址研究,并以万家寨水利枢纽雨量雷达选址为例进行了实际验证。研究结果表明,通视条件、地质稳定性、电磁环境与土地利用适宜性构成了四大核心否决性因素。该层次分析法定量模型可有效规避选址偏差,为水文雨量雷达组网建设提供参考依据。
