Turbulence measurements from the two Windland masts

This dataset consists of time series and 10-minute statistics of wind speed and wind direction measurements from two met mast at Windland, Tehachapi, CA, US. 本数据集包含美国加利福尼亚州特哈查比市Windland区域两座测风塔的风速与风向实测时间序列，以及对应的10分钟统计量。实测周期覆盖2年，起始时间为1991年。场地详细文档可在此处获取。

原始时间序列单段时长为3600秒，采样频率为5 Hz，打包存储于Windland.zip中。
