PSInet: A Global Water Potential Database

This Zenodo repository contains two sets of .csv files from the PSInet Database v0.3.3: 1) the 19 tables that comprise the PSInet relational database. Database schema 2) the 6 already-joined tables that are the products of the custom joining functions available in 'PSInetR'. These are: chamber water potentials (joined_chamber_wp.csv) automated water potentials (joined_auto_wp.csv) soil data at individual levels (joined_soil_ind.csv) soil data at plot levels (joined_soil_plot.csv) soil data at the whole study level (joined_soil_study) meteorological variables (joined_met.csv)
