Diel Eukaryotic Metatranscriptomes from the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre. seawater metagenome

Eukaryotic (polyA-selected) metatranscriptomic samples from the SCOPE HOE Legacy 2 expedition (KM1513) in July-August 2015. Duplicate plankton samples of ~7 liters of seawater were pre-filtered through a 100 µm mesh and collected on 142 mm 0.2 µm polycarbonate filters from the surface mixed layer (~15 m) near Station ALOHA every four hours over the course of four days, yielding 48 samples in total.

2015年7月至8月采自SCOPE HOE Legacy 2考察航次（KM1513）的经聚腺苷酸富集（polyA-selected）的真核生物宏转录组（metatranscriptomic）样本。每份平行样本取自约7升海水，样本先经100 µm筛网预过滤，再通过142 mm直径、0.2 µm孔径的聚碳酸酯滤膜截留收集浮游生物；采样区域位于ALOHA站附近的表层混合层（约15米水深），采样周期为4天，每4小时采集一次，最终共获得48份样本。
