To understand the genetic components and their genome-wide interactions controlling fiber quality, we sequenced a multiple-parent advanced-generation inter-cross (MAGIC) population, consisting of 550 individuals created by inter-crossing 11 founders, and established a mosaic genome map through tracing the origin of haplotypes that share identity-by-descent (IBD). We deposited our SNP data here.

为解析调控纤维品质的遗传组分及其全基因组互作模式，我们对由11个创始亲本互交构建得到的、包含550个个体的多亲本高级世代互交（multiple-parent advanced-generation inter-cross, MAGIC）群体进行了测序，并通过追踪共享同祖同一性（identity-by-descent, IBD）单倍型的起源，构建了嵌合基因组图谱。本研究的单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymorphism, SNP）数据已存档于此。
