RNAseq from the pancreatic acinar, alpha, beta and delta cells from zebrafish. RNAseq data from zebrafish pancreatic cells

We took advantage of zebrafish transgenic tools to isolate by FACS the major pancreatic cell types and obtain pure preparations of endocrine α-, β- and δ cells as well as exocrine acinar and ductal cells.

本研究利用斑马鱼转基因技术工具，通过荧光激活细胞分选术（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting，FACS）分离胰腺主要细胞类群，成功获得内分泌α细胞、β细胞、δ细胞以及外分泌腺泡细胞与导管细胞的纯制剂。
