Governance, Aid, and Adaptation: The Macroeconomic Payoff of Climate Finance in Emerging and Developing Economies

This repository contains the panel dataset and Stata replication materials for the study examining whether climate-tagged official development assistance (ODA) promotes macroeconomic resilience—proxied by real GDP growth—and whether institutional quality conditions this relationship across developing economies (2000–2024). The replication package reproduces all tables/figures reported in the manuscript, including OLS baselines, two-step IV–GMM estimates, and income-group heterogeneity analyses.

本数据集仓库包含本研究的面板数据集与Stata复现材料，该项研究聚焦于两大议题：其一，标注气候属性的官方发展援助（Official Development Assistance, ODA）能否提升以实际GDP增长率为代理变量的宏观经济韧性；其二，制度质量是否会在2000—2024年的发展中经济体样本中对上述关系起到调节作用。本复现包可完整复现研究手稿中报告的全部表格与图形，涵盖普通最小二乘（OLS）基准回归、两阶段工具变量广义矩估计以及收入组别异质性分析。
