The objectives of this study are to demonstrate the phenomenon during anammox recovery with mixed inactive-active sludge, to determine whether growth promotion of anammox bacteria from active sludge, activity recovery of anammox bacteria from inactive sludge, or a combination of both mechanisms explains the phenomenon, and to elucidate how growth of anammox bacteria from active sludge is promoted and why anammox bacteria from inactive sludge may fail to recover. By proposing a low-cost strategy, this study highlights the potential of reusing inactive sludge to achieve rapid anammox process recovery.
本研究的核心目标包括:一是验证混合失活-活性污泥体系中厌氧氨氧化(anammox)工艺恢复过程中的具体现象;二是明确该现象的驱动机制究竟为活性污泥来源厌氧氨氧化菌的生长促进、失活污泥来源厌氧氨氧化菌的活性恢复,还是二者的协同作用;三是阐明活性污泥来源厌氧氨氧化菌的生长促进路径,以及失活污泥来源厌氧氨氧化菌难以实现活性恢复的内在原因。本研究通过提出一种低成本复用策略,论证了利用失活污泥实现厌氧氨氧化工艺快速恢复的应用潜力。
