Force curves raw data

Force curves recorded on live cells (microglia and fibroblasts) or PAA beads on elastic substrates. Data was recorded using a JPK CellHesion200 AFM. Force curve raw data is stored in JPK file format and as text file. Folder names are numbered by experiment day, subfolders denote approximate substrate shear moduli. For each cell/bead, at least three forces curves were recordded at the cell/bead center, one force curve was recorded on the substrate next to the cell/bead for height and stiffness reference, and an optical phase contrast image was taken.

本数据集涵盖弹性基底上活细胞（小胶质细胞（microglia）、成纤维细胞（fibroblasts））或PAA微球的力曲线测量数据。数据通过JPK CellHesion200型原子力显微镜（Atomic Force Microscope, AFM）采集。力曲线原始数据以JPK文件格式与文本文件两种格式存储。文件夹以实验日期编号命名，子文件夹用于标注对应基底的近似剪切模量。针对每个细胞或微球，均在其中心位置采集至少三条力曲线；同时在该细胞/微球旁的基底上采集一条力曲线，用作高度与刚度的参照，并拍摄一张光学相差显微图像。
