Italian nationwide genomic survey on Staphylococcus aureus from hospital-acquired pneumonia. Staphylococcus aureus

Consecutive non-replicate isolates from HAP were collected from 13 laboratories distributed across Italy, from January to May 2016. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed by broth microdilution, and results were interpreted according to the EUCAST breakpoints. All MRSA isolates were subjected to WGS.

2016年1月至5月，从分布于意大利的13家实验室中收集了医院获得性肺炎（Hospital-Acquired Pneumonia, HAP）患者的连续非重复分离株。采用肉汤微量稀释法进行抗菌药物敏感性试验，试验结果按照欧洲抗菌药物敏感性试验委员会（European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing, EUCAST）折点进行判读。所有耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA）分离株均完成了全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing, WGS）。
