Summary of the thermodynamic parameters of binding of TAN to microbial β-glucosidases at 25°C.

Binding constants calculated using ITC for the interaction between TAN and microbial β-glucosidases. Kb is the binding constant and n the binding stoichiometry. ΔG, ΔH and ΔS are the changes in the free energy, enthalpy and entropy of binding.

本数据集收录了通过等温滴定量热法（Isothermal Titration Calorimetry, ITC）计算得到的TAN与微生物β-葡萄糖苷酶之间相互作用的结合常数数据。其中Kb为结合常数，n为结合化学计量比；ΔG、ΔH及ΔS分别代表结合过程中的自由能变化、焓变及熵变。
