Supplementation with 1-kestose in rats fed a high-fat diet

In this study, 7-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into groups fed control diet and water, control diet and 1 Kestos water, high-fat diet and water, and high-fat diet and 1 Kestos water, and kept for 19 weeks before dissection and collection of cecum contents. 本研究选取7周龄斯普拉格-道利（Sprague-Dawley）大鼠，将其分为四组，分别饲喂基础日粮与清水、基础日粮与1 Kestos饮水、高脂日粮与清水、高脂日粮与1 Kestos饮水；所有大鼠持续饲养19周后，经剖检收集盲肠内容物。随后从盲肠内容物中提取DNA，采用16S rRNA扩增子分析鉴定肠道菌群。
