Replication data for: Embedding planning support systems in spatial planning practice: the role of drift in implementing the Spatial Development Framework methodology

This dataset was created as part of a PhD project that investigated the institutionalization of planning support systems in Rwandan spatial planning processes.
It contains anonymized interview transcripts and a data codebook used in the research to investigate the role of the drift concept in embedding planning support systems within Rwandan spatial planning processes. The data were collected from January to March 2020 during fieldwork and internship in Rwanda. The dataset includes an internship report. It also contains published supplementary materials on the overview of secondary data, primary data collection, data coding (themes and codes), and results. Data coding was done using the ATLAS.ti Version 8.4.24. Thematic analysis adopted the deductive and inductive coding methods.

本数据集源于一项旨在探究规划支持系统（Planning Support Systems）在卢旺达空间规划流程中制度化进程的博士研究项目。数据集包含经匿名化处理的访谈转录文本，以及本研究中用于分析“漂移”（drift）概念在卢旺达空间规划流程中嵌入规划支持系统之作用的数据编码手册。相关数据于2020年1月至3月间，通过在卢旺达开展的田野调查与实习工作采集得到。本数据集包含一份实习报告，同时还收录了已发表的补充材料，内容涵盖二手数据概览、一手数据采集、数据编码（主题与编码条目）以及研究结果。数据编码工作采用ATLAS.ti 8.4.24版本完成，本次主题分析同时运用了演绎编码与归纳编码两种方法。
