信使RNA(mRNA)与长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)已被证实参与调控包括发育、免疫及炎症在内的广泛生物学过程。本研究采用mRNA与LncRNA微阵列芯片,探究物质诱导肺毒性背后的具体生物学过程与分子机制。实验设计:以暴露于磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)、三氧化二铝纳米颗粒(Al₂O₃ NPs)、PM2.5及柴油颗粒物(DEP)的人类支气管上皮细胞(HBE)为样本,开展微阵列表达谱筛查。
