Four different human stem cell lines were exposed to an extracellular glutamine step increase. Intracellular metabolic concentration was measured before the step increase and after at several tine-point until 2 hours. Two cell lines of hiPSC were used: IMR90-4 (RRID: CVCL_C437) from WiCell and WTC-11 (RRID:424 CVCL_Y803) from The J. David Gladstone Institutes. Two cell lines of hiPSC-NSC were used: derived from hiPSC 1 IMR90-4 using a dual SMAD inhibition protocol and derived from hiPSC line RIi001-A (RRID: CVCL_C888).
