Two thick slices through complete left lung from the body donor LADAF-2020-27

Two thick slices at 25.25um performed by HiP-CT on the beamline BM05 of the left lung from the body donor LADAF-2020-27 using quarter-acquisition protocol.The scan have been performed twice with small movement in z for Fourier Shell Correlation assessment of resolution. The two volumes were aligned in 3D and then exported on the same bounding box

采用四分之一采集协议，通过HiP-CT在光束线BM05上对遗体捐赠者LADAF-2020-27的左肺进行扫描，获得25.25微米（μm）的两个厚切片。为开展分辨率的傅里叶壳层相关性（Fourier Shell Correlation）评估，扫描重复两次且在z轴方向存在微小移动。这两个体积经三维对齐后，导出至同一包围盒。
