The zebrafish scale is a thin membranous bone embedded in the skin and consists of osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and bone matrix, providing an elegant model to understand bone metabolisms. we developed an in vivo model system using zebrafish scales to investigate the effect of extremely low-frequency-electromagnetic fields (ELF-EMFs) on fracture healing. In this study, we have performed RNA-seq analysis on intact scales, fractured scales not exposed to ELF-EMFs, and fractured scales exposed to 10 militesra (mT) of ELF-EMFs. Overall design: mRNA profiles of zebrafish scales were generated by Lasy-seq using Illumina NovaSeq X.

斑马鱼鳞是一种嵌于皮肤的薄膜状骨组织,由成骨细胞(osteoblasts)、破骨细胞(osteoclasts)与骨基质(bone matrix)构成,是探究骨代谢的理想模型。本研究构建了基于斑马鱼鳞的体内模型系统,用以研究极低频电磁场(extremely low-frequency-electromagnetic fields,ELF-EMFs)对骨折愈合的影响。本研究对完整斑马鱼鳞、未暴露于极低频电磁场的骨折斑马鱼鳞,以及暴露于10毫特斯拉(mT)极低频电磁场的骨折斑马鱼鳞开展了RNA测序(RNA-seq)分析。整体实验设计:本研究通过Lasy-seq技术,利用Illumina NovaSeq X测序平台获取斑马鱼鳞的mRNA表达谱。
