16s rRNA sequencing of intestinal microflora in SPF chickens infected with H9N2 AIV and regulated by traditional Chinese medicine ageratum-liquid

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of H9N2 AIV infection on intestinal microorganisms of SPF chickens, to reveal the changes of intestinal microorganism composition and structure caused by H9N2 AIV infection, and to screen out the dominant intestinal microflora after H9N2 AIV infection. At the same time, Chinese herbal medicine ageratum-liquid was added to the H9N2 AIV infection group to reveal the effect of ageratum-liquid intervention on intestinal flora.

本研究旨在探究H9N2亚型禽流感病毒（H9N2 AIV）感染对无特定病原体（SPF）鸡肠道微生物的影响，揭示该病毒感染所引发的肠道微生物群落组成与结构变化，并筛选H9N2 AIV感染后肠道内的优势菌群。同时，本研究在H9N2 AIV感染组中添加中草药藿香液（ageratum-liquid），以明确藿香液干预对肠道菌群的作用效果。
