Heat stress response in Trematomus bernacchii

The goal of this study was to measure the effect of heat stress on the transcriptome of a cold-adapted fish species - Trematomus bernacchii - an Antarctic fish species. Keywords: Stress response Three control fish are compared to 3 heat-shocked fish, 3 short-term recovery fish and 3 longer term recovery fish.

本研究旨在量化热应激对冷适应南极鱼类贝氏拟南极鱼（Trematomus bernacchii）转录组（transcriptome）的影响。关键词：应激响应。本实验以3尾对照组鱼类为对照，分别与3尾热应激组、3尾短期恢复组及3尾长期恢复组鱼类进行比较。
