Control mice: 3xTg-AD mice at 3 months and 3 weeks with normal feeding. Control mice showed good memory performance, but B6-deficient feeding group showed memory impairment. Whole brain was homogenized with physiological saline and HA level was measured, after the memory task, according to the method described in Materials and Methods.
对照组小鼠:采用正常饲料饲养的3月龄零3周的3xTg-AD小鼠。该组小鼠展现出良好的记忆能力,而维生素B6缺乏饲料饲养组小鼠则出现记忆损伤。记忆任务结束后,参照《材料与方法》中记载的实验方法,使用生理盐水对全脑组织进行匀浆,并检测HA水平。
