Antibiotic Resistance Genes (ARGANNOT) (trimmed reads screening)

Results of antibiotic resistance genes –trimmed reads screening- using ARIBA 2.14.6 and Argannot database for 11 CA-MRSA isolates causing infections in children in Spain, in which no antibiotic resistance genes explaining their antibotic resistance phenotype were found using the corresponding assemblies.

本研究针对11株在西班牙引发儿童感染的社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（CA-MRSA）分离株，采用ARIBA 2.14.6工具与Argannot数据库（Argannot database）开展基于修剪后测序读段（trimmed reads）的抗生素耐药基因（antibiotic resistance genes）筛选，结果显示：通过对应基因组组装序列（assemblies）的分析，未发现可解释其抗生素耐药表型（antibiotic resistance phenotype）的抗生素耐药基因。
