本研究旨在开发一种全新方法,可在多种高度明确的实验条件下,从人类多能干细胞诱导的小胶质细胞(human pluripotent stem cell-derived microglia)中快速分离得到纯净且完整的吞噬体(phagosomes)。本研究中,人类多能干细胞诱导的小胶质细胞既可进行单培养,也可与同基因的人类多能干细胞诱导的神经细胞共培养。
