Chloroplast genome assembly and annotation of 100 pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) genotypes

Here we reported complete chloroplast genomes of 100 pomegranate genotypes representing commercial cultivars, ornamental and wild types. The complete chloroplast genomes ranged in size from 158,618 bp to 158,655 bp .
