In this study, the transcriptional response of grouper to SGIV stimulation was characterized using RNA sequencing. Transcriptome sequencing was performed using the illumina MiSeq platform for three grouper groups：the control group, which was injected with PBS buffer; the high-susceptible (HS) group, which died in the early time of SGIV injection; and the high-resistance (HR) group, which survived under the SGIV injection.

本研究通过RNA测序技术，解析了石斑鱼受新加坡石斑鱼虹彩病毒（SGIV）刺激后的转录应答特征；研究采用Illumina MiSeq测序平台对三组石斑鱼样本开展转录组测序，分别为注射磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）的对照组、SGIV注射后早期死亡的高易感（HS）组，以及SGIV注射后存活的高抗性（HR）组。
