本研究对501mel细胞中NIPBL基因敲低后的染色质构象（chromatin conformation）进行了分析，实验采用转染靶向荧光素酶的短发夹RNA（short hairpin RNA targeting luciferase，shLuc）或靶向NIPBL的短发夹RNA（short hairpin RNA targeting NIPBL，shNIPBL）的501mel细胞开展Hi-C（chromosome conformation capture-high-throughput sequencing）实验。
