Cameroonian blackflies (Diptera: Simuliidae) harbour a plethora of (RNA) viruses

Virome sequencing of Cameroonian blackflies. The goal was to find viruses that could potentially cause onchocerciasis-associated epilepsy and would be transmitted by hematophagous blackflies.
