Data for Low-energy cathodoluminescence of type-I CdSe/ZnCdS quantum dots

This dataset contains raw files, processed data, and final figures related to the characterization of CdSe/ZnCdS quantum dots deposited on a gold substrate. The data were acquired using techniques such as cathodoluminescence (CL) and photoluminescence (PL). The Raw_Data folder gathers the original files obtained directly from the experimental equipment. The Processed_Data folder contains data that have been treated, analyzed, or prepared for graph generation. The Figures folder includes the final figures in PDF and SVG formats used in the associated scientific publication.
