本数据集收录2012年7月于研究船“S.A. Agulhas II”号第03航次（VOY03）在非洲南部以南南大洋海域获取的冬季硝酸盐氮15稳定同位素比值（δ¹⁵N）与氧18稳定同位素比值（δ¹⁸O）数据。数据集包含水文剖面观测（hydrocast）数据，以及每一次温盐深剖面仪（CTD）配套的水文观测数据。
