Supporting Data for: Corporate Sustainability Information Processing and Retail Investors' Investment Decision-Making: A Systematic Literature Review of ESG Disclosure, Greenwashing, and Policy Implications for Sustainable Finance

This dataset provides supplementary research materials for the systematic literature review entitled "Corporate Sustainability Information Processing and Retail Investors’ Investment Decision-Making: A Systematic Literature Review of ESG Disclosure, Greenwashing, and Policy Implications for Sustainable Finance." The dataset contains two main components: Data Extraction Matrix: A structured compilation of information extracted from the studies included in the systematic literature review. It documents relevant study characteristics, research designs, sustainability-related information, retail investors’ information-processing mechanisms, investment decision-making outcomes, and other relevant findings. Quality Appraisal: A methodological quality assessment of the included studies conducted using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT) 2018. The assessment records methodological criteria and supporting evidence from the reviewed articles. These supplementary materials provide an audit trail of the data extraction and methodological quality appraisal processes. They are intended to support research transparency, traceability, and the reproducibility of the systematic literature review. The dataset is supplementary material associated with the corresponding book chapter.
