This study focuses on the mediated effects of cultural identity, consumer knowledge, and product scarcity on the purchase intention of Intangible Cultural Heritage Products (ICHP). A structural equation model was developed to explore the relationships among these factors via a survey of consumers who traveled to the Bashu region. The model was tested using 429 valid research data sets. The research results indicate that cultural identity, consumer knowledge, and product scarcity exert significant impacts on purchase intention. This study clarifies the psychological mechanism underlying consumers' consumption of Bashu ICHP, and provides practical implications for promoting the design, marketing and promotion of Bashu ICHP.
